Andrews Kurth (Middle East) DMCC has hired energy and infrastructure lawyer Patricia Tiller as a partner in its Dubai office from Baker Botts.

Tiller has worked on projects including an offshore LNG regasification project, a $3 billion Dubai metro project, and has represented Kuwait Gulf Oil Company on issues arising under a joint operating agreement in the Saudi Arabia–Kuwait Neutral Zone.

Prior to Baker Botts, Tiller worked with K&L Gates, Allen & Overy and Allens Arthur Robinson.
