Clyde & Co has recruited Matt Donovan as a partner in its corporate practice in Dubai from Bracewell & Giuliani, where he was a senior corporate counsel.

Donovan advises clients on international private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance transactions and public offerings. At Clyde & Co, he will focus on corporate and defense and security work.

In December, Clyde & Co hired Richard Devine in Dubai as the head of its MENA oil and gas group.
