Marcus Hinkley, formerly head of the Singapore office of offshore law firm Collas Crill, has moved to Withers KhattarWong as a special counsel. 

Hinkley has offshore experience in trust practice across multiple jurisdictions and advises trust companies, bank family offices and wealthy families on all aspects of private wealth structuring, with an emphasis on the Southeast Asian region.

Prior to joining Collas Crill, Hinkley worked with Maples and Calder, Citco Fund Services and Harney Westwood & Riegels. He was the head of the trust practice at Collas Crill at the time of his departure.

Withers KhattarWong was formed in 2015 through a formal law alliance between Withers’ Singapore practice and local outfit KhattarWong.
