India’s Argus Partners has grown its disputes practice with the hire of Udit Mendiratta as a partner in Delhi from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, where he was a counsel.

Mendiratta, who has more than a decade of experience, joined SAM from Trilegal, where he was a senior associated.

With Mendiratta’s addition, Argus now has 18 partners.

“We warmly welcome Udit to the Argus family. The disputes practice in Delhi which has been going from strength to strength under the leadership of R Sudhinder, senior partner, will be significantly bolstered by his joining,” said Krishnava Dutt, managing partner of Argus, in a statement.
