Dentons has added two partners to its Doha office by promoting corporate and commercial expert Zaher Nammour to its partnership, and also relocating construction specialist Andy Jones from Milton Keynes as head of the dispute resolution and construction team in Qatar.

Nammour, who has more than 13 years of experience in the Middle East, specialises in joint ventures, M&A and restructuring, as well as regulatory compliance associated with funds, public offerings, private placements and the related regulatory framework.

Jones advised clients across Europe and Asia on infrastructure projects, construction delay claims, utility disputes and engineering law. He also possesses experience in alternative dispute resolution.

With the addition of Nammour and Jones, Dentons has now welcomed 11 new partners in Qatar, Oman, UAE and Saudi Arabia over the past 18 months.
