Hong Kong law firm ONC Lawyers has appointed Eric Lui as a partner in its corporate and commercial Department from city rival Stevenson Wong & Co.

Lui has experience in handling banking and finance transactions as well as corporate finance, litigation and disputes resolution and regulatory enforcement. He has advised domestic companies in preparing applications for initial public offerings in Hong Kong as well as overseas.
