India’s Argus Partners has added Suchita Ambadipudi as a corporate partner in Bengaluru. A specialist in capital markets and corporate advisory, Ambadipudi was most recently an independent counsel.

Her hire continues steady growth for Argus over the last several months. Last year the firm acquired a boutique litigation firm in Bengaluru, hired a trio of disputes partners from HSA Advocates in Mumbai, and added an investment fund GC as a partner in that city.

Ambadipudi began her career at Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co, before having a one-year spell at S&R Associates and a brief return to Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
