Indian law firm Singh & Associates (S&A) has ventured into the financial crime space after establishing a forensic investigations and valuation group.

Leading the group will be Subhayu Roy, who was earlier a partner at audit firm Mazars. With additional experience at EY and KPMG, Roy advises corporations and governments on forensic investigations.

With the launch of this group, S&A claims to be the first law firm in India to provide a full range of forensic services. The firm has hired nearly 30 forensic consulting professionals to assist on matters including disputes and litigation support and financial and reputational assessments.
