Khaitan & Co has hired Gautham Srinivas as a partner in its capital markets practice in New Delhi from Krishnamurthy & Co (K Law).

Srinivas has experience in capital market transactions and has represented issuers, investment banks and investors on initial public offerings, private placements, rights offering and high yield debt offerings. He also advises on matters dealing with infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing and service sectors.

Prior to Krishnamurthy & Co, Srinivas worked with Link Legal, and before that with the legacy Amarchand Mangaldas.
