Jones Day has welcomed back former partner Jeffrey Maddox, who returns to the firm’s capital markets practice in Singapore office following a four-year spell at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in Hong Kong.

Maddox will focus on multinational equity and debt offerings in Asia and has experience in structuring complex transactions. He represents issuers, underwriters, and investors in public and private offerings, including initial public offerings on the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, and the stock exchanges of Mumbai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur and London. 

He previously worked for Clifford Chance and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman.
