Khaira advises on insurance matters, with his practice covers defence and subrogation including personal injury, property damage or loss and professional indemnity. He acts for both domestic and global insurers.

With Khaira’s appointment, the number of partners at Kennedys’ Singapore office is 13 in a team of more than 70.

Joining Khaira at Kennedys is associate Nicholas Ng, a paralegal and two support staff. Additionally, in the firm’s Bangkok office, senior consultant Ian Johnston has been promoted to partner.
