Eversheds' Tunisian firm has promoted of counsel Emna Louati to its partnership.

Louati, who joined Eversheds El Heni in Tunis last year, specialises in advising local and international companies in business law, including mergers & acquisitions, privatizations, competition, intellectual property and IT.

Her practice focuses on private equity industry structuring investment funds inside and outside Tunisia and has been involved in investment banking and private equity services for local and international companies in the MENA region. Prior to join Eversheds, she was a partner with Ben Ahmed & Associates in Tunis and before that worked in-house with investment bank Swicorp.

Louati's promotion makes her Eversheds El Heni's third partner.
