Corporate partner Damian Adams has left Simmons & Simmons to rejoin Watson Farley & Williams in Singapore.

Adams first joined Watson Farley in 1997 as a trainee solicitor, moving up the ranks to become a partner in 2000. He left to join Simmons in 2013.

Specialising in investment, M&A and corporate transactions, Adams advises venture capital fund managers, private equity and infrastructure investors, and family offices. 

Notable recent work by Adams has included advising NSI Ventures and Aviva Ventures on a $5 million Series A investment into Biofourmis, a health-tech company based in Singapore in 2018. He also advised Singapore’s RCMA Group on its acquisition of Plexus Cotton's cotton trading business in 2016.

With the addition of Adams, Watson Farley now has nine partners in its Singapore office.
