Singapore law firm Oon & Bazul has named Lam Shiao Ning as the firm’s new head of M&A and corporate finance. Lam joins from Drew & Napier, where she was a director.
With almost 20 years of experience in corporate finance, Lam focuses on public and private M&A including domestic and cross-border deals across various industries, equity capital markets covering IPOs, venture capital, rights issues and private placements, private equity, general corporate advisory and SGX compliance work.
On March 26, the Singapore-flagged cargo vessel Dali crashed into the Francis Scott Key Bridge in the U.S. city of Baltimore, taking the lives of six bridge construction workers.
