Rajah & Tann has hired Tan Chuan Thye SC as a Partner in the Appeals and Issues Practice from Stamford Law Corporation in Singapore.

Tan has commercial, corporate and financial dispute resolution experience as lead counsel in various court and arbitration proceedings, representing both domestic and international entities. He has also acted as an arbitrator on proceedings before the ICC, the SIAC and the KLRCA.

In addition, Tan has experience in restructuring and insolvency, and is a fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore.
