Taylor Wessing has expanded its Dubai office by hiring construction partner Nick Carnell from Kennedys Solicitors.

Carnell, who will head Wessing’s Dubai construction practice, specialises in dispute resolution and contract drafting, and has advised property developers, funders, contractors, specialist sub-contractors, and insurers.

Carnell’s appointment follows the hire of finance partner Habib Ullah, and means Taylor Wessing now has seven partners at its Dubai office.
