He received his bachelor degree in Industrial Engineer in 1986 from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia, Magister in International Relations in 1993 from International University of Japan, Nigata, Japan and PhD in International Development, Nagoya University, Japan. Since November 2010, He has been appointed as the Deputy Minister for International Economic Cooperation, Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs. He has written various articles for academic journals, mostly in the topic of Economic Affairs, Monetary, Finance, and Management. He has also been speaker in various International workshops and seminar.

Mr. Astera Primanto Bhakti was born in Jakarta on 20 January 1968. He achieved his Bachelor degree majoring Management from the Universitas Soedirman in 1990 and continued his master degree and earned Master of Taxation from the University of Denver in 1997. His career in the Ministry of Finance began in 1992. He once served as the Head of Taxation Administration and Cooperation of Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) (2004), the Head of Sub Directorate of Income Tax Regulations of DGT (2006), the Head of Sub Directorate of Institutional Income Tax Regulations (2007), the Head of Sub Directorate of International Taxation Agreement and Cooperation of DGT (2009), the Head of Center for State Revenue Policy of Fiscal Policy Agency (2012). On 6 February 2015, he was appointed as Assistant of Minister for Revenue. Then, due to the nomenclature change as stated in Presidential Decree Number 28 of 2015 concerning the Ministry of Finance, he was inaugurated as Assistant of Minister of Finance for State Revenue Policy on 3 September 2015.

Riyatno earned his law degree from Faculty of Law, University of Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta with cum laude in 1993. In the same year, Riyatno was accepted to work for Bureau of Law and Legislation, Cabinet Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia. In 1997 he obtained a scholarship from Ausaid to conduct LL.M program at Faculty of Law, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia and graduated with honors. Subsequently in 2000 Riyatno continued his doctoral studies program at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, Jakarta, with a scholarship from the Asia Foundation. To complete the dissertation Riyatno conducted a research at the School of Law, University of Washington, Seattle, USA. Riyatno currently works as Director of the Legal Assistance Center of Investment Coordinating Board of the Republic of Indonesia. Riyatno has also been recorded as a member of the Bilateral Investment Treaty Negotiator Team with the United States in 2008-2009.

Mr. Setiawan started his career as in house counsel in 2009 when he joined PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk as part of a Group of Multi-National Companies (listed in Fortune Global 2000 companies and Fortune Asia 500 companies) having operations in Thailand, Indonesia, China, Laos, Australia and Mongolia - for three years. He was responsible to handle disputes resolution (and prevention), compliance sectors of five open cut coal mines operations, contract negotiations and manpower issues. In 2012, he decided to join PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (“PT Vale”) and in 2015 he was promoted as General Manager Senior Legal Counsel. In PT Vale, Mr. Setiawan is handling the compliance, litigation, manpower and any other related legal matters in the mining operations of the Company. He reports his works to the Legal Director and Corporate Secretary. He also provides legal advice to the BoD, the general counsel in Toronto and any other functions within the Company. He often conducts travelling to the mine site, in order to understand current legal issues and to provide legal assistance to any functions. Before dedicating his services as in house counsel, Yudhis spent his time for almost 10 years in private practice, by joining three prominent law firms in Jakarta, Indonesia. They are: Kusnandar & Co., Adnan Buyung Nasution & Partners; and Makarim & Taira S. Mr. Setiawan is a certified advocate to practice before the Indonesian Courts since 2002. He has represented many clients in many litigation cases in civil, criminal, manpower cases and arbitration.

Eunice specialises in corporate crime and related regulatory matters. She acts for clients in cross-border investigations and advises on corporate governance, risk management, compliance and internal investigations. Eunice also provides expertise on investigations and enforcement in the South East Asia region. Her practice includes anti-bribery, anti-money laundering, employee fraud, insider trading and other compliance related areas. Eunice is a former prosecutor and government lawyer at the Attorney-General's Chambers in Singapore, where she advised on investigations and prosecuted fraud, corruption, money-laundering and other serious financial crime. Eunice also advised the Government of Singapore on international law issues including trade, investment, human rights and transnational crime. Eunice has argued appeals before the High Court and appeared as assisting counsel before the Court of Appeal (Singapore). Edmund Kronenburg began his career at Drew & Napier in 1997, and is today the Managing Partner of Braddell Brothers LLP, Singapore’s second-oldest law practice, founded in 1883 by the sons of Singapore’s first Attorney-General. Edmund appears as counsel in trials and appeals before the Singapore courts, as well as in international commercial arbitrations, predominantly conducted under the SIAC, ICC and UNCITRAL Rules.  Outside court, he teaches trial advocacy and cross-examination at the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore, and has been doing so since 1997. Edmund is also an international Arbitrator.  He is a Fellow of the CIArb, SIArb, MIArb, AMINZ, HKIArb and PIArb and is admitted to the arbitrator panels / lists of various arbitral institutes including the KLRCA (Malaysia), HKIAC (Hong Kong), BANI (Indonesia), VIAC (Vietnam), TAI (Thailand) and the CAA (Taiwan) . Reza P. Topobroto is the Director of Legal Affairs at PT Microsoft Indonesia. He started his career in 1997 at a Soebagjo Roosdiono Jatim Djarot law firm in Jakarta and in 2005 he changed to work as a corporate counsel for Procter & Gamble Home Products Indonesia and Kraft Foods Indonesia prior to joining his current role at Microsoft Indonesia.  As of 2015, Reza sits in the Supervisory Board Board of Indonesia Corporate Counsel Association (ICCA) after holding Chairmanship role of ICCA Executive Board for seven years. 

He obtained his law degree at Trisakti University, Indonesia in 1997 and Master of Laws at Monash University, Australia in 2003.  He regularly become speakers to fellow in-house counsel in the country and overseas.  Reza was admitted by Peradi (Indonesia Bar Association – Persatuan Advokat Indonesia) to Practice Law in Indonesia in 2007.  Last year Reza was awarded as Indonesia In-House Lawyer of the Year 2015 by Asia Legal Business.

With IFC, he worked in the PPP Transaction Advisory Department in its Jakarta office, advising government clients on a coal-fired IPP project and a water supply project. Until August 2011, he was also Indonesia country representative for the Private Finance Advisory Network (PFAN) where he provided project and financial advice for successful closings of several renewable energy IPP projects. In line with her current role, she is in charge for all legal matters related to commercial and IT in the company, including involvements as lead Indonesian counsel in group projects with exposures in Asia and Europe. She also has been focusing her expertise particularly in the regulatory and compliance aspects in the Technology, Media and Telecommunication (TMT) sector, including consumer protection, e-commerce and the management of data privacy.
 
Ingkan graduated from Universitas Indonesia, started her career as the legal counsel for the IT division of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce, and has then built her in-house experiences in several industries, notably in banking and general corporate, before joining Three in 2009. Maria Irma Yunita Ardhiyanti, SH graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Law from University of Indonesia. She has over 12 years working experience as Legal Counsel which she started off working in private practice in Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo Law Firm and PT XL Axiata Tbk as Head of Corporate Legal Non Litigation. She was one of the nominated In-House Counsel of the Year 2014 in the Asian Legal Business Indonesia Law Awards and was the leading in-house Legal Counsel in charge for the XL Axiata’s Acquisition of Axis Telecom which won the M&A Deal of the Year 2014 and Indonesia Deal of The Year 2014 from the Asian Legal Business Indonesia Law Awards in 2014. She is one of the Founder and Board of Patrons of Indonesian Society of International (ISIL), a non-profit organization which dedicates itself to promotion and development of International Law in Indonesia, which is also the official organization appointed in Indonesia to hold the annual National International Law Moot Court Competition using the Phillip C. Jessup Format to send the winners of the national round to the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in the US.

Irma was also one of the four oralists of the first Indonesian team to participate in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in 2001 held in Washington DC, USA. She was also involved in Masyarakat Telematika Indonesia (MASTEL) as Chief of Advocacy Division from 2009-2013.

She is now VP Legal for Telkomtelstra, a joint venture between Telkom and Telstra Australia, a company engage in providing network application solutions to enterprise customers in Indonesia and is currently responsible to lead the legal team and handling all compliance, corporate secretarial matters, legal and regulatory issues of Telkomtelstra’s business in Indonesia and Asia region.
