appointmentsBaker McKenzie Wong & Leow, the Singapore firm of Baker McKenzie, has hired Kay Moon as principal in Singapore from Linklaters, where she worked for more than 10 years in London and Hong Kong.

Moon advises on cross-border corporate and M&A transactions across the technology, energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors.

The hire comes some months after Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow added disputes specialist Emmanuel Chua as a local principal in December.

Following Moon’s hire, Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow has 46 principals.
