Baker McKenzie has hired capital markets and U.S. Securities regulations specialist Chen Sheng as a registered foreign lawyer (partner-equivalent) in Hong Kong from Clifford Chance.
With roughly a decade and a half of experience, Chen advises investment banks and corporations in the energy, life sciences and healthcare, and consumer goods and retail industries on equity and debt capital markets deals, including under the Shanghai-London Stock Connect and the China-Switzerland Stock Connect.
