U.S. law firm Gibson Dunn & Crutcher has added a team of four lawyers to its financial regulatory services practice in Hong Kong from Herbert Smith Freehills, including partner William Hallatt.

Hallatt focuses on comprehensive contentious and advisory regulatory support for leading financial institutions. Moving with him are associates Emily Rumble, Becky Chung and Arnold Pun.

Following Hallatt’s hire, Gibson Dunn now has 16 partners in its Hong Kong office.
