Indian law firm IndusLaw has hired real estate expert Praveen Kumar Thodupunuri as a partner in the southern city of Hyderabad from rival Tatva Legal, where he was a principal associate.

Thodupunuri, who has more than 15 years of experience, focuses on real estate agreements including commercial leases, joint development agreements, construction agreements and operation of common area maintenance agreements.

Prior to his time at Tatva, Thodupunuri worked with Fox Mandal and Associates and the erstwhile Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co.

With Thodupunuri joining IndusLaw, the firm now has 50 partners and more than 220 lawyers across its four offices.
