Tiang & Partners, a Hong Kong firm that works closely with PwC’s global legal network, has hired Chiang Ling Li as head of its IP practice from Jones Day, where she worked for over 13 years.

Li who has more than 25 years of experience in China IP and pharmaceutical law, advises clients on litigation and transactions involving patents, trade secrets, copyright, unfair competition, 3D and well-known trademarks. She has been appointed as an arbitrator by CIETAC, HKIAC, ADNDRC and the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center.

With the addition of Li, Tiang & Partners now has eight partners.
