appointmentsKing & Wood Mallesons has added disputes specialist Amanda Lees as a partner in the firm’s Singapore office from Simmons & Simmons.

Lees, who had previous stints at Ashurst and Blake Dawson, is experienced in international arbitration, both as counsel and arbitrator. She also specialises in commercial and investment treaty arbitration, and other cross-border litigation.

Following Lees’ hire, the Singapore office’s fourth partner addition in 18 months, King & Wood Mallesons has six partners in the city-state. Previous hires have included Jake Robson from Morrison & Foerster and John Shum from White & Case.
