Morrison Foerster has welcomed Tabitha Saw as a partner in Singapore from White & Case, the firm’s second private equity partner hire in two months.

In January, Morrison & Foerster added PE and M&A specialist Steven Tran as a partner from Mayer Brown.

With roughly 15 years of experience, Saw advises investment managers, institutional investors, and owner operators in real estate and data center transactions. She has advised on the establishment of capital-raising platforms in the Asia-Pacific region, and has experience in hyperscale leasing and co-location arrangements, greenfield and brownfield acquisitions, and operational arrangements.

Her notable recent work has included advising data centre firm Yondr on its $1 billion strategic joint venture partnership with private investment firm Everstone Group to develop data centres in India.

Having started her career at Allen & Gledhill in 2007, Saw moved to Herbert Smith Freehills in 2010, and then to White & Case in 2013.

This addition has taken the number of Morrison & Foerster partners in Singapore to 10.
