Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has advised Godrej Properties on its 37.5-billion-rupee ($518 million) qualified institutional placement (QIP), with Sidley Austin and Trilegal representing the bookrunning lead managers.

According to Mint, Invesco Oppenheimer, the Singapore government, the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Goldman Sachs, Universities Superannuation Scheme and Baron Emerging Markets Fund were the major investors participating in the QIP.

The Trilegal team was led by partner Bhakta Patnaik. Patnaik also led the Trilegal team advising the bookrunners on Bank of Baroda’s recent $622 mln QIP.
