O'Melveny & Myers (OMM) has advised Korean entertainment company CJ ENM on its $850 million acquisition of a majority stake in U.S. content studio Endeavor Content, which was represented by Latham & Watkins.

CJ ENM is best-known globally for its recent multiple Academy Award-winning film ‘Parasite.’ Meanwhile, Endeavor Content is a listed production advisory, sales, and distribution studio that owns and operates sports properties, including the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).

The OMM team was led by partners Daniel Kim and Amy Siegel, who were supported by partners Silvia Vannini and Robert Fisher.
