At 32, Titus has developed a comprehensive practice in corporate law, advising a diverse range of clients including listed companies, private enterprises, start-ups, investors, foreign banks, and non-bank financial institutions. His expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial transactions, including corporate finance, capital markets, securities regulations, corporate advisory, investment fundraising, and banking and finance. Titus holds an LL. B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and has been an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore since 2018. Throughout his career, he has played pivotal roles in significant deals and cases. Notably, he advised Camsing Healthcare Limited, listed on the Mainboard of the SGX-ST, on an investment proposal, regulatory compliance, and a resumption of trade submission. Additionally, he guided EuroSports Global Limited, listed on the Catalist of the SGX-ST, through the issuance of unlisted con-vertible bonds valued at S$3,300,000. Titus also served as legal adviser to Xi’an Kingfar International (Singapore) on the issuance of 1,150 million yuan ($180 million) Credit Enhanced Bonds due 2026, which were listed on SGX-ST.

His key clients include Camsing Healthcare and its subsidiaries, such as Nature’s Farm, Taka Jewellery Holdings, EuroSports Global, and the Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Singapore.
