Hendrik Silalahi, Cindy Djojonegoro, Zippora Siregar, William Palijama

Jakarta-based law firms William & Hendrik and Siregar & Djojonegoro have merged to become William Hendrik & Siregar Djojonegoro (WH&SD). The new firm has more than 40 fee-earners, including seven partners.

Established in 2016 as William Hendrik Esther, William & Hendrik took on its most recent form last year. Among its key strengths was capital markets; in 2021, Hukum Online named it as Indonesia’s top firm for IPO work in 2020. It was led by managing partner Hendrik Silalahi and partner William Palijama.

Meanwhile, Siregar & Djojonegoro was established in early 2013 by managing partner Zippora Siregar and partner Cindy Djojonegoro. Siregar has expertise in banking and finance, corporate, projects and project finance, infrastructure, maritime, healthcare, and M&A. Djojonegoro specialises in general corporate, M&A , infrastructure, restructuring and insolvency, and investment.

Siregar will be managing partner of WH&SD, while Djojonegoro, Silalahi, and Palijama will be senior partners. The firm also includes partners Rudy Kusmanto, Stefy Yully Nataly, and Kanya Hasibuan.
