Our client, a leading financial institution with a highly regarded wholesale banking business is looking for a new legal counsel to support their established business across Asia Pacific.  This lawyer is responsible to provide both legal and regulatory duties including advising new products and structures for financing transactions, managing credit documentation, drafting various legal banking documents and working closely with the regulatory and monitoring team on regulation matters.  The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years’ PQE, comes with general finance and/or financial services regulatory background.  Due to the nature of the work, candidate must be a Singapore qualified lawyer.
