The Hong Kong office of this leading UK law firm is currently looking for a mid-level Corporate Associate to join its thriving Corporate practice. You will be Hong Kong qualified and have 3 to 5 years of PQE, ideally acquired with a leading international firm.

You will have both M&A and HK IPO experience and you will be fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin (and written Chinese). In this role you will enjoy working with several high profile partners on a range of Hong Kong IPO and cross-border M&A transactions.

You will work within a supportive and sociable team for an impressive list of blue chip clients. Attractive remuneration package and excellent training program on offer.
