This international law firm with a strong offering in the corporate energy sector within Asia seeks a PRC-qualified corporate lawyer to join their growing team. You will work alongside leading individuals in the market, on a wide range of outbound and inbound M&A and investments in China’s energy sector and overseas. This an excellent opportunity for a general M&A lawyer with an interest in focusing on the energy sector to gain exposure to complex transactions, and work with a great team of international lawyers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track in working on outbound M&A deals, gained within an international practice, and foreign education will be highly valued. You will have excellent career development opportunities and a high level of autonomy to work with clients. Overseas training as well as an attractive remuneration package is on offer for the right candidate.
