Full service Asian headquartered law firm with a cross border transactional practice.

The firm continues the expansion of its cross-border practice capability with a number of openings for the Singapore office.

This firm is one of the leading regional law firms in Asia and consistently features as a tier 1 firm award winning firm.

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Solid corporate MA transactional experience preferably from a top to mid tier international firm
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Junior associate from 1+ PQE to mid-level will be considered
  • E&W qualification preferred
  • No prior experience of living or working in SE Asia is required
  • No Asian language skill is required for this role
  • Will involve regional SE Asian travel to network of firm offices
