Leading firm for corporate MA work in Asia and globally. You will work on the most innovative marquee deals in the region.
Tier 1 law firm requires Singapore/HK/E&W qualified corporate associates to join this expanding general M&A team.
The work will be with a client base including numerous global corporates and financial institutions - advising on a full range of domestic and cross-border transactions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Top academics from high end US/UK (or common law equivalent) University
- Lateral from peer US, Magic Circle or silver circle firm essential
- Ideal candidates will be 4+ PQE
- International candidates not based in Asia will be considered for this role
- For SA role demonstrated ability to manage transactions in a fast paced environment
- Mandarin fluent (reading and writing) preferred for the HK role
- No language requirements for the Singapore role
