- 5+ PQE
- EW, ANZ, SG or equivalent common law bar
- Magic Circle or Silver Circle preferred or experience at a leading international finance practice
- Experience in working with some of the following areas: acquisition finance, general banking, secured lending, project finance, syndicated loan facilities
