Boasting a vibrant and dynamic culture and a leading player in its field, our client is now recruiting a Legal Counsel who will be part of a small team advising on a variety of in-house matters. This role offers applicants the opportunity to work closely with senior management on a broad range of legal matters including BAU, M&As, JVs, corporate governance and to oversee a variety of commercial agreements. Applicants will need to be commercially savvy and possess exceptional presentation skills in order to succeed in this multicultural environment.

Successful candidates will possess:

• A recognized law degree with strong academic results and a minimum of 4PQE. Legal qualifications from Singapore, Hong Kong, US or other common law jurisdictions are necessary.
• The ability to identify legal risk and work independently under pressure.
• Commercial awareness and be able to work well independently and in a team.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
