Wall street law firm seeks an ambitious projects lawyer to join its busy team in Tokyo.  The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of project development and project finance experience and you will have experience of both finance documents and security documents.  You will be qualified in the US or a commonwealth jurisdiction. 

The role available is focused on project development and project finance matters, although there will also be some exposure to broader finance transactions, including acquisition and structured finance matters.  You will work for an impressive list of blue chip clients including major financial institutions and corporate clients.

You will be given considerable responsibility and you will work closely with a highly regarded partner.  You will be able to speak business level Japanese (although you are not required to read & write Japanese).  NY rates on offer.
