Our client is a major UK law firm which has one of the leading restructuring and insolvency practices in Asia and globally.  It has an exceptional client base and is instructed on some of Asia’s  most challenging and high profile domestic and cross-border assignments.

Our client’s restructuring team has a well-balanced practice acting for all manner of stakeholders on debt restructuring and rescheduling, equity capital raising and restructuring, distressed M&A activity, investigation, asset tracing and insolvency litigation, formal insolvency procedures and contingency planning, distressed creditor and equity investment and trading and debtor advisory work.  It works closely with the firm’s finance and corporate teams and with its other offices in Asia, London and throughout Europe.

Due to continued growth our client is seeking an ambitious senior associate.  You will have a strong academic background and solid restructuring and banking experience. The successful candidate will enjoy the high quality work and client contact on offer.  You will work closely with some of Asia’s leading restructuring partners in a well resourced team.  This is a rare opportunity which does not require language skills. 5+ years of PQE required.
