Hogan Lovells has launched a mobile app called How to Indo with the aim of helping companies navigate the legal landscape when doing business in Indonesia.

Producing in conjunction with Dewi Negara Fachri & Partners, Hogan Lovells’ recently announced associate firm in Indonesia, the app has guides covering legal issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure transactions, financing arrangements, restructuring and insolvency and dispute management.
