Malaysian law firm Zul Rafique & Partners has entered into a strategic alliance with Indonesian law firm Bahar & Partners to form a new entity, Zul Rafique Bahar & Partners, that will operate in Brunei Darussalam.

The two firms combined have more than a hundred lawyers in Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur who will be able to support the new entity.

While Zul Rafique & Partners was established in 1999 and handles both contentious and non-contentious matters, Bahar & Partners was founded in 1992 and focuses on providing legal services with an emphasis on corporate law.
