The office focuses on the ASEAN region with an emphasis on transactional work, both corporate and finance, energy & natural resources and international arbitration.

Role Summary

The ideal associate will have had solid experience in corporate transactions and/or cap markets.

The work will have an international dimension and will range from some of the largest and most complex transactions to smaller deals which will provide the opportunity for greater responsibility. 

Key Requirements

• Top Academic Record essential for this position
• 2-5 PQE
• E&W, ANZ,US (or equivalent common law qualification)
• Magic Circle/ Top US firm background preferred
• International candidates not based in Asia welcome to apply.
• Role will involve regional travel.
