Key requirements

• Top academics
• Magic Circle or Silver Circle preferred or experience at a leading international corporate/ cap markets practice
• Experience in working with some of the following areas: general M&A, PE, cap markets
• Singapore law qualification looked upon favourably (for Singapore based role)
• Mandarin not essential for role but looked upon favourably
• Candidates with fluent Bahasa (Indonesia) looked upon favourably (for Singapore office)
