The team comprises lawyers who can provide advice in both English and Japanese.
Key Requirements
- Mid to senior level UK qualified associate, ideally 5th year PQE from a top UK firm
- Gaiben licensing requirements satisfied
- Ability to draft documentation and lead transactions with minimal supervision
- Strong PF experience with exposure to security documentation
- Japanese speaker essential as meetings are held in Japanese.
- COLA
- Note: reading/writing in Japanese is a plus but not essential to native level as documentation in English.
- This role may suit a lawyer working in the London/ ANZ markets looking to return to or work in Tokyo.
- PQE level is only a guide and strong candidates outside these parameters will also be considered
