This role will be attractive to candidates that want to work on pure M&A and private equity deals through the entire life cycle of the deal.
Key requirements
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
- Peer firm training and experience preferably on sponsor side
- Ambitious with medium to long term plans being based in HK.
- Overseas candidates are welcome to apply from major financial center experience.
- Preference is for EW, ANZ, HK or other common law qualification
- Mandarin not a requirement
- No other language skills required
- No HK experience required
- Team player
