Tier 1 offshore international law firm is looking for a talented senior associate, counsel or junior partner to join their tier 1 offshore corporate practice.
Key Partner Requirements
- Preference for a lawyer with BVI and/ or Cayman experience
- Candidate with magic circle, silver circle or tier 1 experience in some of the following areas - general corporate MA transactions, corporate finance, JVs, IPOs and PE.
- Candidates not based in HK welcome to apply
- EW or equivalent common law qualification
- Proven ability to generate work
- Entrepreneurial mind-set and willing to work with the other partners on business development regionally
- No language requirement
