Key requirements
- 7+ PQE common law bar qualification
- Self-starter that is able to work independently with the business leaders
- Corporate commercial and IP experience to structure deals and complex contracts
- Candidates with experience in the following areas looked upon favorably: rights acquisition, commercial production, talent agreements, licensing, rights management
- Private practice together with in-house experience preferred
