Elite law firm would like to hire a Project Finance associate for their Tokyo office.
Our client assists in all aspects of the development, construction, financing, restructuring, and purchase and sale of infrastructure projects around the world, providing political risk insurance counseling where their expertise lies in policy drafting and analysis of loan documents and transactional documents for insured projects.
Candidate requirements
- Mid- to senior-level associate with 5-10 PQE (class year 2009-2014), and significant portion of career working in Project Finance.
- At absolute minimum 3 years out of total experience should be Projects focused.
- Project documentation and sponsor-side experience.
- NY/US qualified candidates will be prioritized, though English law qualified could also be considered.
- Native or near-native English required.
- No requirement for Japanese language.
