A fantastic opportunity to work in the Beijing and then Shanghai office of a White Shoe law firm within a close knit and collegiate team on anti-corruption, FCPA, investigations and compliance matters. Mandarin language skills are not required.

With lawyers operating from more than 30 locations, working in virtually every country of the world, they have invested heavily in building a high-quality full-service practice competing at the top of the market.
- Working on internal investigation and enforcements actions including FCPA/anti-corruption related investigation, fraud and embezzlement, compliance risk assessment, pre-transaction compliance due diligence.
- The role will initially be based in Beijing but relocation to the Shanghai office is possible.
- International candidates welcome to apply - the firm will provide relocation.
Qualifications
- Mid-level associate with leading international firms
- PQE 4-6 years' experience with leading international firms
- Admission in US or Commonwealth jurisdictions
- Strong technical ability and experience in anti-corruption, investigations and compliance matters
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Mandarin language skills preferred but not required
