Job Description
Band 1 US firm Litigation & Enforcement practice group is seeking a highly qualified associate to be based in Hong Kong or Shanghai.
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years’ sophisticated experience in all aspects of white-collar and other internal investigations and/or Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance, as well as complex commercial litigation, health care, and/or SEC enforcement matters.
- Candidates should also be highly capable of managing cases and teams of associates, commensurate with experience level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Candidates must be admitted to a U.S. bar and fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Full US rate salary + COLA + low taxation.
