Our client is currently seeking a Boston or New York based mid-level associate with special situations experience.
This is an elite global law firm serving leading companies, financial institutions and governments worldwide.
With lawyers operating from more than 20 locations, they have invested heavily in building a high-quality full-service practice competing at the top of the market.
Ideally this will suit a US attorney based overseas looking to return to the United States.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience working with private funds and creditors on special situations transactions, including debt and equity investments in distressed companies, distressed asset acquisitions, purchases of loan portfolios and/or challenging financings.
- Candidate will have sophisticated experience in one or more of the following:
- finance,
- private equity or
- bankruptcy.
