An exciting in-house opportunity with a global MNC for a senior lawyer to join the regional legal team based in Singapore.  You will support business units in Singapore and other countries in APAC covering areas including 

• Lease and property matters
• General commercial transactions
• Manage claims, litigation and other legal and compliance matters that arise from time to time.
• Project and constructions contracts
• M&A
• Employment and safety 
• Product Quality issues

Core requirements:

• Law Degree and admitted to practice in Singapore
• 6 - 10 years experience of legal work (in-house or law firm)
• Legally astute with experience in projects and construction
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Commercially aware
